With deep sadness, we announce the passing of Bernard Ballard and Alec Bond
Bernard, a beloved member of the Truro Squash and Leisure Club for the past 50 years, wasn't just a member; he was a legend. A founding member, he was instrumental in shaping the club's history. He was a skilled player on the court, a dedicated supporter of our junior programs and exhibitions, and a true friend to the club as a whole.
For those who wish to know, we have the dates for Bernard’s funeral. It will be held at All Saints in Falmouth, on 25th June at 10 a.m.
Alec Bond another founder member sadly passed away recently, he was a very active member of the club who was involved in plastering the courts amongst other things back in the day.
He hasn't been involved in the club for a few years now but will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
Alec's funeral will take place at Penmount on Friday 28th June at 13.00.
Our thoughts go out to both Bernard and Alec's family.
