The Ramblers Club is one of the oldest of its sort in Bloemfontein. Over the years the club and its facilities were neglected, and most members went looking for better elsewhere...

However, in 2014 the club was revitalized with a cash injection from Lindsay Saker, and management of the Squash Facilities taken over by Tremayne McDonald and Ernst Relling.

During the last 2-3 years things have picked up nicely, with the courts being revamped, membership numbers increasing year on year. Tournaments have been a regular on the Ramblers Squash Club roster, and The Club Championship forms part thereof.
