The 30th RLC Individual and Inter Unit Squash Championships will take place during the period 22 – 24 Oct 24. The venue will be Winchester Racquets and Fitness, Bereweeke Road, Winchester, Hants, SO22 6AP.
Competitions.
a. Open. Open to all Regular and Reserve RLC personnel still serving on 22 Oct 24. The fee for this event is £5.00 per entry.
b. Plate. Open to all players eliminated in the first round of the Open and Closed Competitions.
c. Closed. Open to all Regular and Reserve RLC Personnel (male or female) who have not won the competition before, have not represented the Corps at Inter-Corps level, and are still serving on 22 Oct 24. The fee for this event is £5.00 per entry.
d. Veterans. Open to all RLC Personnel, serving or retired, and retired personnel of the RCT, RAOC, ACC, RPC and RE (PCS) who are over 40 years of age on 22 Oct 24. The fee for this event is £5.00 per entry.
e. Ladies Competition. An Open Individual Ladies Competition open to all Regular and Reserve RLC ladies still serving on 22 Oct 24. The fee for this event is £5.00 per entry.
f. Inter Unit. This is open to all RLC Units and other formations with 3 or more RLC personnel serving in them. A unit team must consist of 3 RLC players who are on the posted strength of the unit/formation. The entry fee for each team is £15.00. Units entering two or more teams are to enter them with separate captains details clearly marked ‘A’ and ‘B’ teams etc.
